The Victoria Stakes, Muswell Hill
This well-recognised North London pub is proud to be a long standing part of the history of North London. It began over a century ago as a coach house and stables, serving those traveling up the steep incline to Muswell Hill. Today it remains as a much loved local pub with a strong connection to the local community, hosting private functions and weddings.
My aim with this drawing was to capture the true character of this historical building with all its striking colours and architectural features. This is a landscape, unframed Giclee print of an ink and Winsor and Newton promarker drawing.
