This truly magical place nestled in Queen’s Wood, North London has captured the hearts of many over the years including mine! It was set up as a community hub over 20 years ago and is now a treasured cafe, garden and community space dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of the local environment. My aim for this drawing was to capture the pretty autumnal colours of the beautiful trees and the characterful features of the cafe itself. I also wanted to include the much-loved wildlife which also make this space so special. Can you spot the parakeet, squirrel and robin?! What a lovely place to draw!
